transfer---------Help

hello... every one ..... could any one solve my problem regarding my articleship...... my attempt is may 2010 and  i have left my b.com exms due to this bt problem is that now my c.a creating problem to me..... he want that i will join office in dis mean time........ this is not first time,  this kind of problem arise many time i want to take transfer bt problm is that it is not possible as my trainig completion date is near by ........ can transfer possible if training time less than one year....or tll me about something about industrial training.........
