I have not been receiving my tax refunds for last several years. How many tax years can I go back and seek refunds for ?

Hello Sudesh,
If you have not received your refunds from the income tax, you are required to make complaint to reletive Income tax officer.
If he doesn't respond you withing 2 or 3 month, then you may file grievance to Chief commissioner for non receipt of refund.
In such case, you may ask for all the pending refunds.
