I have quit CA 1.5 years back. And now i got a call from my CA firm where i was doing articleship stating that i am still registered under my principle and they want me to complete the procedure for temination. But my articleship tenure was completed in Feb 2016. How can I terminate my articleship? Please help me.

when you quit CA then at that time may be you was not intimating your principal and he/she count these days as leave and total leave exeeds the limit so the training is extended and now your principal intimate you.
First you'll have to submit form 108 along with condonation fee of Rs. 1000 at Regional Office of ICAI. Since it was delayed for such long time,they may send you a letter asking you to submit proof of stipend payment or your work diaries. So keep those handy!!
