Tds on loading charges paid by GTA
Whether transporter is required to deduct TDS on loading unloading charges paid to labour's more than 100000 in a year.

For Wages paid...... Not applicable.
But for contractual services, TDS will be applicable u/s. 194C.
but they are the laboures earning 300 400 loading charges
