Tds not credited

The only way is to ask the Company to file the corrected (revised) tds return mentioning your PAN.

And in future also you should take receiving from the company whom you are providing your PAN.

Well I do't think they revise the Return now, as its your mistake of not providing PAN initially

The only option is to File your Income Tax return Physically and Submit the form 16A

I did meet them twice.  First of all the employers are not aware of how to do it. they said they need the computer generated form 16 A (which is without the PAN No) and second time they wrote in hand and gave me the new one.  When I checked my 26AS it is not credited.

What should be the procedure, becaz neither me or they are aware of the exact procedure.  Should I write a letter to higher officials of New India Assurance Company requesting them to upload the revised e-TDS return with my PAN details so that it can be posted to my 26AS.  thnks in advance

You should try to get the return revised. Or else what Mr. Prakash said is right. You should file it physically along with your Form 16-A.
