TDS for employee left in current financial year

Sir my employee is shifting to another job. he gets ₹ 65000 salary in my office i have deducted TDS ₹ 2500 per month for 6 months now as he is resigning my job so how much TDS should i deduct for the current month. if i deduct less or no TDS what will be the consequences. thank you.

Do not deduct TDS in current month.
It's already 15000 TDS (2500/- × 6 months) which is sufficient.

But sir his total salary is ₹ 780000 (65000x 12) will it be ok if i deduct only 15000 TDS for the 6 months

Yes it is sufficient to deduct 15,000 for 6months
