Hi all...
One of our clients had paid an excess amount in one of the challans for section 194J.
can the exess amount paid in the overpaid challan be adjusted in any manner....?

yes also U can claim refund for that
yes you can adjusted by payment made in subsequent month.
You can adjust the said excess amount in later same section TDS liability.
