In TDS Return We have Submitted the Details of those employees who's salary exceeds Rs. 160000/- (Exceeds over Exemption Limit). Can we issue
the form No 16 of those employees who's Income Exceeds above Rs . 160000/- ?
Plz urgent reply.

But Form 16 can be issued to ALL EMPLOYEES IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR SALARY..
NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT IT IS MANDATORY TO ISSUE TO THOSE EMPLOYEES WHOSE INCOME EXCEEDS EXEMPTION LIMIT..

From 16 can be issued to all employees irrespective of their salary..
their is no rule for issuing form 16.
