Tax deducted on hra

If u don't have any own residential house property and u live in rental property than u first prepair house rent aggrement because still march not ending before march u can get stamp paper form govt authority and u file u r incometax return and get benefit of HRA and get refund.

yes, you can claim deduction for HRA ,after filing income tax return, but you hv to kept receipts for RENT paid . and it is good for u to file return online......

If u r living in a house owned by your family members then u can enter in an agreement with them and claim HRA exemption

If you are residing in rented house and having proof(agreement /receipt) of House Rent paid then you can apply for exemption while filing your return and claiming Tax refund. while claiming exemption take care the the lower of these can only be exempted: a)rent paid less 10 per cent of salary; b)40 per cent of salary (or 50 per cent if the rented premises are in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, or Kolkata); or b) actual HRA received from the employer.

Yes you can claim HRA exemption thru return filed, If you file Return by Jul12 in online mode chances are very bright that you get refund by Dec.
