Dear Dolly,

Sitfund can be paid by giving cheque or depositing the cash in to the student bank a/c. Principal cannot pay stifund in cash.

Stipend may be paid sometimes in cash also. that depends upon the urgency of money. i had also received stipend many times in cash during my articleship. itna to chalta hai......
