I am trying to file GSTR 3B. I have made the payment also by online challan. Still the status shows SUBMISSION IN PROGESS. And I am not being able to file GSTR 3B for the month of OCTOBER 2017. It is showing since 10 hours.

What to do??? Any solution??

Capture the screenshot and report it to gst helpdesk portal. That may or may not solve the problem but you will have something to show later for the reason of your delay. Also you can visit the nearest GST Office if possible. I will also suggest that to some people it has taken more than 10 hours. So it will be good if you try little more
