We have received mail from MCA for resubmission of SPICe forms for incorporation of Private company with following errors/remarks :
"Main objects of MOA should be in consonance with objects approved in RUN"
we want to add an extra main object which was not given in RUN. Now we cannot apply for RUN again because company has already paid a huge sum for filing SPICE FORM.
So how can we add an extra main object during the Process of incorporation itself?
