If I have speculation gain of 20000 in equity market how to show that in itr. can I just write income from speculation gain in share market and write the amount

You have not mentioned type of speculation gain in your query.

if it is intra-day then surely it is speculation gain
if it is by way of delivery transactions then it's business income (Share trading) and not speculation gain

SHOW IT IN INCOME FROM SPECULATIVE BUSINESS AND FORM WILL BE ITR FORM-3.

Show it under item 65 of P&L schedule.
You have to compute turnover figure also and it's required to be filled in said item 65
