I’m Veeru gowda from Bangalore, belongs to middle class agriculturist family. Now I trap into the big dilemma in my life.
I’m a B.com graduate. I joined CA course after graduation. So I had eligibility for 2007 examination. But after registered the course, I had joined a well named CA firm as a paid assistant and worked 3+ years there. But I don’t know what happened to me, I had not taken up exam till 2010 may. Finally I made up mind to do CA and quit the office with 3+ year experience in 2010.
The real worries start then. The thoughts like,” I am 25 yr. old, I wasted 2 yrs. without writing exam, am qualifying late” something like that came into my mind. As a result I couldn’t concentrate on studies and had not write the exam even. The real tragedy is, the things now also continuing..
Now I’m a 26 year old. I highly tired of listening useless advises from my relatives and friends. Like, “You still studying, your classmates are earning, studying like this your life won’t get settled something like that… all are they keep me away, no respect…:((
Though I’ve no support from anyone, I’m ready to help myself. I know it’s only a matter of 3 years of time now. But ultimately I should arise the great heights.
The only thing which blocks my mind is, “I will be 30 year age when I’ll be get qualify, am too late going, still am not supporting my family and so on. Even my coaching CA sir told in one of the occasion, CA also as no value if ppl complete in certain age.
As I joined course after graduation, I would’ve become CA by this 26yr age, instead I’ll be 30. I wasted 3.5 yrs. time now. Many time I console myself that, Ok I’m only late by 3.5 yrs., in CA profession our great knowledge only counts, all other things are negligible. But some how it’s screwing my head. As a result No concentration.
So please help me and guide what to do??
I am aware that, we can take up self practice at what ever age we want. But my real worry is about employment.
Do Top rated companies hire newly qualified CA’s @ the age of 30, provided with good knowledge??
I am baring my daily needs by doing part time accounts work. I believe am very much capable to qualify within 30 yr of my age, provided if I come out all these obstacles…
Finally I’m thankful for all who spending their time on me and hopeful to get good guidance…:))
