one of my client refunds unsecured loan by alloting equity shares due to financial crunch.
Kindly guide me any case law in which it was decided that Sec 269T is not violated in this circumstances...

the provisions of the said sections are applicable only if the trasnactions are recorded in cahs in excess of 20000.
I dont think that for equity shares allotted it would attract any disallowance
