my cleint is a pvt. company has approached for a bank loan, now the bank has asked for a search report & to verify whether any charges registered before the release of loan to the company? now i want to know what is the procedure for the same ? what details are required from the company to apply for the same? to whom to apply & how many days its requires? please provide me a detailed procedure?
