I have a Pvt Ltd Co., i had made Investments in Unquoted Shares of other Pvt Ltd Co. to the tune of 1 crore Aug 2011 In F.Y. 2014- 2015 i sold my Investments of FV Rs. 61 lakhs at Rs. 6.10 lakhs to other Party there by receiving 54.90 lakhs less..

What are the tax implications in relation to income from capital gains and business & profession...???
