Could anyone help me in answering the following questions

What is the meaning of rental income loss?

Which form should I use for filing returns as I am an NRI and have the following incomes

Rental inome in India ,

Bank Interest income in India

have taken a loan from HDFC and want to claim benefits on interest and premium paid
