rent by pvt ltd to huf
Is it possible karta of huf named abc will be able to get rent from pvt ltd in which abc is director

Yes it can pay rent but rent should be reasonable and if provision of TDS applies than TDS to be deducted
And one query is more that is karta of huf and director of co. Both are same whether the same person can sign the rent agreement on there respective capacity
