Renewal of registration under shops and estbl. act

Hi,

I want to know that whether i need to get my MNC (Life Insurance Co.) registered in the shops and establishment Act.  Headoffice is in Gurgaon. So, will Shops and establishment act for delhi will apply or HAryana shops and establishment Act apply?. also whether do i have to get it renewed or fill a new registration form if i open new branches in the same state or other state. 

Further, If the branches are functional in another state, which shops and establishment Act will apply i.e. delhi OR Haryana OR 'Other State'.
