May i please know the registration fees for Final CA new course and also the account name in which the DD is to be prepared

Please visit Institute site for current fee (I deposited Rs. 8500 in 2009)...
DD shall be in favour of "The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India"
ITS 8500/- IN AUG 2010 FOR PCC STUDENTS
Its Rs.8500 without articles and 10000 with articles and for IPCC its Rs.12000.
But still you dowload below the soft copy of the form and details are given in it.
