i want to incorporate pvt company having authorised cap. Rs. 1,00,000/-

operation of company will be providing loans to individuals in small amounts.

there is any special provision under company act.

please advise me on urgent basis.

As far as my point of view is concerned u can do it but ur activity will fall in NBFC domain and u may require to register ur company as NBFC with RBI too
