Which address should appear on share certificates issued within first year and those issued after the change of regd office address? If the share certificates are printed with the original address, can the same share certificates be used for shares issued after the change of the registered office? |
The registered offce address as on the date of issue of shares should be displayed on the face of the certificate.
if you have pre-printed blank certificates and subsequently, the address has changed, then stickers giving the new address may be affixed on those blank certificates so as to save on the stationary cost.
