The refund would depend on the ITR getting processed [after you have verified it in time].

For many ITR-1 [not very complex] the processing could take a few hours only and the refund in bank the next day.

For more complex ones [ like your ITR-3], the processing could take more time and could even involve human checks at CPC , if needed. 

Once the processing is completed, the refund would arrive in your designated bank account within one day or could be a week.

Log in to the ITR Filing portal and check whether your ITR-3 has reached the processing queue.

ForITR 3 filed in June,expect to get refund (smaller amount)by about 30/40days.
