1. whether vouchers are signrd by the authorised signatory.
2. proper supoortings are attached or not.
3. Approval for that expenses has been taken or not.
4. Statutory liablities like TDS, Service Tax, PF, ESI, has been timely deposited or not.
5. is there any additional cherges like interest on TDS due to late deposit etc. borne by the co.
6. Proper PO has been made or not for the purchases.
7. Rates taken are proper or not
