Regarding salary return
A person received retirement graduty fund RS. 4375500/- and he withdraw the amount twice 1000000/- for fixed deposit & 1150000/- for sons marriage. in this case can he file return. If he file the return he receive notice or not...

Better to file return and declare the gratuity receipt, even if it be exempted.......
