Regarding Pan Card
I want to apply for Pan Card right now I am living at Raipur (chhatisgarh) but in my Aadhar Card I have address of Kolkatta and I want delivery of Pan Card at my Raipur address is it possible

not possible, the pan will be delivered to your address as per your I'd proof
While applying PAN, you can provide the current address. But there should be atleast one proof for current address. If there is no proof, then you can get the current address attested by an gazetted officer which is accepted as proof as per the required format(attached).
If you are working there, then you can submit employers certificate along with aadhaar.
