REGARDING GRADUATION

I think u should go for regular graduation only... As it has more value....

Regular course is mostly better and more valuable than a distance course, hence if you can go for regular b.com then its preferable than IGnou.

Regarding your second question, bcom from ignou is valid for civil services, cant say exactly about other exams, but as its valid for civil it can be assumed that it shall be valid for others also, although you can make a search in this regard

regular B.com n CC B.com ...both r having their own importance .....it depends on ones' need n time ....For a CA student  CC is the best, specially frm IGNOU....if u can mange goin to collg then u can continue with it
