At the of filing Annual Return of a Public Company, is it necessary to delete the last clause of the Annual Return that is "The Private Company di not accept or renew or invite deposits from the public", in case the Public Company has not invited any deposits.

Is it general for all types of Companies???

Hello Priya,

The clauses written in the Annual Return are general and need not be deleted.

Since, yours is a public company, so, this clause will automatically not be applicable.

Yeah I agree. This clause shall not be applicable to you. Just leave it.

Agree with learned members. You can not alter the statutory format as per your requirement.

Thanx a lot
