rcm on composition

if a person is registered under GST as composition dealer and he is supplying goods to another registered dealer without charging GST in that case whether that registered person is required to pay tax on reverse charge basis..as composition dealer is not charging GST??

No...
RD is can't pay tax under RCM basis. Bcoz, The purchase from as Registered Dealer.



But, The Regular dealer ll be loss his ITC 😢😢😢
