RCM implementation
please confirm whether RCM has been implemented from 1st of July 18 or not

RCM u/s. 9(4) CGST act, has further deffered till 30.09.2018 wide Notification no. 12/2018 Central Tax (Rate)
Agree with Mr. Rambhia, and also under the relevant sections of IGST & UTGST Acts
As far as RCM on specific services is concerned it was never postponed. and for RCM on purchase from unregistered dealer is concern it has been postpone till 30 Sep 2018 refer to notification nymber 12/2018 dated 29 June 2018
