Can anybody let me know the procedure for filing Form 8 for charge registration with ROC with a delay of around 60 days. I suppose there is a requirement of filing for condonation of delay with company law board. Kindly guide on the requiremtns and procedures for the above.
Dear, first you would file form 8 with ROC as soon as poosible, then file a petition with the Company Law board regarding condonation of delay u/s 141 of companies Act, 1956. Order of comapny law Board will be filed with the ROC within 30 days of passing order in e-form 21. Dear strictly order of CLB have to be filed with the ROC wthin 30 days otherwise the order would be null.
