Hi friends! I own a small Private Limited pharma company having its Registered Office based at Ahmedabad (in rented premises). Now I want to shift its Registered Office to Kolkata.
Could any guy please guide me mentioning the steps, time and expenses (rough estimate) involved in this process? Which type of professional (CS, CA or Lawyer) should I consult for approaching CLB/MCA for this purpose? Please also help me in Drafting the Special Resolution for this purpose.
My company has 2 Directors including me and my mother. It got registered in the month of June 2009 having an equity share capital of One Lakh rupees only. There are no loans or disputes in the name of my company. Company has yet to start its business operations. Please guide me guys
