Problem in Internet Explorer??

In my browser(IE7) its not opening in maximised window... I mean while starting itself it gets opened in a small screen without any page(only borders and some tools).. For that i have to click maximise button everytime to see IE in full screen...

I have tried out through properties option and changed the run option, but still its not done.That problem is there..

Kindly guide me how to solve this..
