Respected members of Caclubindia,

I am in big problem. My sir is asking me to take termination my attempt is in nov2010. My sir is very nice person, he use to be very free with me. But suddenly what had happened that he is asking me to take termination. Still i respect his decision. I just want to know can i take termination, if yes what is the process for it. If not what should i do my career is in danger. My father is businessmen so there is no question of transfer of parents. I have requested him a lot but he is not even talking with me. please provide me a good solution.

you said your sir is very nice person. So request from your sir, for approach to another CA for transfer and take transfer under that CA

u can take on medical grounds.but u shld not join near a fresh CA for a period of 3 months

if he is not forgiving you for any thing than just leave it...it might happen that he needs a vacant seat for his beloved one...by the way you should ask your sir not to give stipend for 1-2 months and than wrtite a letter to Icai that your CA is not giving you stipend as non payment of stipend can be a cause of transfer
