primary and secondary mobile numbers and email id's
sir. with regard to the above subject i would like to get it clarified that whenever there is a notice u/s 139(9) or 143(1) or any other intimation or notice for that matter, would it be posted/ send to only primary contact details or would it be sent to both the mobiles( sms)and both the emails? . kindly clarify.

Only over Primary contacts. But in case it gets returned or in case of any emergencies, over both contacts.
If selected both contacts for mail & message then it will come both contacts...
