Prices of entry-level cars, two-wheelers, SUVs may fall.
Commercial vehicles such as trucks will become costlier
price will go in initial days then will drop
prices are reduced due to reduction in transportation cost.
can anyone specify price drop in percentage.
The cascading impact of present levies including luxury tax- 1%, entry tax- 1%, cst- 2% and the rate of 12.5+ 14.5= 27% applicable to bikes can cars today maybe fixed at 18%. Cosnequenlty it should reduce by 12% if all effiiecnies are there. However we can epxect 50% to accrue by August 2017- maybe 6 -7% drop.
