Trying to register DSC on new TRACES portal but continuously get error 'Something went wrong please try again later'. DSC is valid, JAVA version is compatible, cleared cache and cookies still unable to register.

Also unable to update authorised persons details but get error 'Failed to migrate'.

What's the reason and solution?
