unfortunately one of my friends got failed in pcc 2nd grp.. his final attempt is due in May'11 .. his tranning is getting over in december.. my question is that is he eligible for May'11 final attempt if he get pass in Nov'10 exam?

but how dear..results of PCC usually declared in january end.. if he get pass he'll have to register for final in feb'11 which will take atleast one month.. means he will be register as final student in march.. on the other hand examination form have to be filled up and sent by march'11.. how is it possible to get register and
sent the form within one month????
