Dear kalpesh ,you write latter ...and attached with password protection..and send PM to every one of password...every one make changes in it and then you complie it ..and attached further....So secracy will maintain...

And also one suggestion from me... collect mail ID of all supporters here... and when u draft letter to PM... then u can CC us... from my point of view it will tend President to think about letter...as he will think that mail is important as it contains many students.... Please write at the end of mail to mark reply to all of student attached in mail...

Dear Friends can u suggest a wayout by the help of which we can collect mail id of all the supporters... and anytime when any person sends mail... we can provide list of all supporters in one go....

How about you all mail at my ID... and then after 2-3 days when every1 will send i will collectively collect id of all and send a test mail to everybody... this idea will also help us in making plannin in secret.... as we can have mail conversation (with carbon copy to all) when disscussing some personal issues. Because these topics are avaialable for view to guests also...
