Please Help... disable boy

as per my knowledge, a physical handicapped students generally get the benefits/concessions in terms of-

registration fees

exam fees

GMCS fees

and also eligible for extra time in the exam to write the papers(only for blinds and whose writing speed is affected by disability.   

but i dont think so there may be procedure for conversion of category.

a person may claim the benefits as and when required and required to attach the certificate of disability issued by the government hospital in this regard.

ya santosh if u disble regarding eye/eyes then u will get extra time inn the exams, i m also disble from one eye icai provide me 1 hour extra in the exams.......to avail this facility u need to send ur full photo+govt doc. P.H. certificate to icai  minimum  1 months before the exams............i hope u will do it next time
