you have to register for final first.. As u havent cleared ipcc yet u cannot give exam in nov 14.

ya i agree with you but pass bhi ho gai aur registration bhi karva liya kya uske bad as provisional candidates apply kar sakti hu..

For tds Assesse : Company Dt.15.6.14 we recd advertisement bill amt 6000 so we r not dedcuted tds And now 14.8.14 again same party we recd advertisement bill 1. 42000 and 2. 8000 So I do ? Which amt I dedcted tds plz give me calculation

Yes Suhani... If ur IPCC result is + than register for Final immedately and than fill the form as provisional student.
No prob with that

But play safe. Talk to ICAI just once to clear bcz this time there are some issues with exam forms and registration dates.
and if its ur attempt as per artclshp initiation date than no dnt worry
