My status is updated in the website as Dispatched on 30.08 . I have not received it till now. Not aware of whom to contact in this regard. Ppl are not responding in the phone properly . The call gets disconnected wantedly I guess. Really irritated.

I think you should ask dispech consignment number and ask about the source. Generally it is send by indian post and you can trace and get details about your parcel on line and get know what happend actually about your marksheet.
@ Vidya..last time same happned with me..there was the gap of 15 days between the date updated nd date it reached....actually it was the mistake of post-man that time.....i demanded the consignment no. from the ICAI but officials replied that they are unable to provide the consignment no.. further, they told that if ur parcel returns back to ICAI due to any reason, then they call the students at phone line personally (it is the policy). but till it returns to ICAI u have to wait.....there is one option also, u go to ur HEAD-POST office in ur city in the early morning(about 8 O'clock) nd meet to ur post man. it might be strongly possible that the post man could not distribute the parcel due to work-load...(mere case me yahi problem tha)..
