BOTH OPTION IS AVAILBLE . YOU CAN DEDUTE OR NOT ,
IF YOUR EMPLOYEE WANTCONTRIBUTION TO PF ,
THAN YOU SHOULD DEDUCTE PF FROM BASIC SALARY .
