Dear Experts,
I am suspecting that my co-director is cheating me and is trying to include his son to the director board. In last Dec he has pressurised me and somehow managed to get along with additional 10% shares from me. I just recieved a mail from MCA stating the submission of form 32. Is there anything I can do on this? In Jan he has taken signatures from me for agreeing to include additional directors through an AGM. But since then things have gone worse and I am not agreeing to it. lot of other frauds like TDS and Income Tax manipulations are also in line by him. I am frustrated and he has even gone ahead with two physical assaults against me before. Office functioning is almost impossible for me and he is demanding me in office from next week onwards, he says he wont available there during that time.
Please advice a course of action.
