Hi,
Your question is not cleared. Is there any demand as per your workings, and the ITD raised demand ? If yes, then file a rectification return or contact your ITO.
1) You pay the demand if you assent to the contents and figures of intimation under 143(1)
2) Do not agree and file an onlline 154 petition or application
3) File appeal with local AO physically.

Actually, we have paid all the taxes, their credit has also been received in Form 26AS but still demand is outstanding on e - filing portal of income tax website.
Is the demand outstanding is showing for that AY or any earlier AY.
For that Asst Year only and when i go for 143 intimation request on e - filing portal, then it says that no intimation order exists !! then what should i do?
Write to your concerned AO about such demand displayed by efiling site. Support your claim by attaching acknowledgement of that AY n 26AS or form 16/16A. The concerned AO has power to rectify such demand shown on.efiling site.

First you must clarify the matter. Is the demand is for manual filing or e filing. If the demand is for e filing you must file the rectification request in e portal. If it is for manual filing then you file a request to the concerned AO with proofs.
