Outstanding demand on efiling

Contact your Jurisdictional A.O. regarding this issue. He will take further actions in this regards for deletion of arrears of demand.

i have contacted the ao...they are saying that demand is uploded by cpc benglore nd wen contacted to banglore, they said return is field manually contact ao

You should explain AO that this return was processed loaclly & not from CPC.

Also tell him that you have contacted CPC & they replied that as it was processed locally contact AO.

One more thing is that Don't foreget to give written application of the same duly acknowledged by AO & also submit the same to ASK(Aaykar Seva Kendra).

This will resolve your problem.
