For Income tax returns for Individuals can be filed without Digital singature also. but Income tax return for Companies & Firms can be filed only with Digital Signature only. that is mandatory

Dear Members,

For income tax return for individual whose account is not audited (u/s 44ab) by ca can filed return without dsc but whose accounts is audited by ca mandatory to file return with dsc & all corporate assessee also must file return using dsc.

Corporate assessee means companies PVT LTD,LTD.FIRMS etc.

plz tell me the procedure..

I want to file my IT return for which Form No. for AY 2012-13, I am not maintain books of a/c and my annulise brokerage income approx Rs 5.00 Lacs & after expenses deduction Income were Rs 2.30 Lacs. Please advise.
