Mistake in filling form 103

I have filled one page of form 103 wrong by mistake. the mistake is done in all triplicate forms. i again sorted permission for the same course, i had already sort institute's permission, while filling 103 for re registration, as i am taking transfer.Can i attach page from another form???. i  am asking this ques. because there is bar code on all the pages of the form. please help.

i have had a franking of 19th february in earlier form, if  i fill anew form, ill delay articleship for 1 more month.
