Mentioning Case Laws

In Exams for answering questions related to Specific Judgements as they are held by Supreme court or high court as the case may be, is that Necessary  to mention that the case has similar judgements delivered by "Supreme / high courts" or whether just writing the contents of the case as held with out any mentions about whether it is a "supreme court or high court judgement " is a correct procedure??? Kindly help me out in this Regard.

dear friend

first of all it is not necessary to mention case laws in exam but as a final student our insttute will like to see it in answer sheet.it is very good habit. u can answer in ur lnguage and after that just submit the case name or judgement held by court.

its nt necessary to rite a case law wid d reference of SC or HC....u cn only quote a case law name...it ll b sufficient......

but in my opinion,

writing the entire case law reference including the No., Year, Date will attract the Examiners' attention.

Name of case law is sufficient but if you mention the court then your answers looks different than others.
